The Oracle Fusion AI Agent Marketplace is a catalogue of partner-built AI agents for companies that run Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. On 16 October 2026 it listed 149 agents, mostly for finance, procurement, HR and supply chain. Partners charge nothing for their templates, but Oracle bills agents built from them as custom AI, priced from $5 per employee or $150 per named user a month. It is carefully checked and well supported, but it is only for Oracle Fusion customers. Our rating: ★★½☆☆ 2.5/5.

What is Oracle Fusion AI Agent Marketplace?
The Oracle Fusion AI Agent Marketplace is a set of ready-made AI agent templates built by Oracle partners. They run inside Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle's suite for finance, HR, supply chain and sales. You find and install them in Oracle AI Agent Studio, alongside the agents Oracle builds itself.
The templates are also listed on Oracle Marketplace, the public catalogue at marketplace.oracle.com. When we checked, there were 149 Fusion AI agent listings. They are tagged by product: 57 for supply chain, 44 for finance, 31 for HR and 28 for procurement, with some tagged for more than one. Typical jobs are matching invoices, chasing unpaid bills and answering staff questions about leave.
In February 2026 Oracle rebuilt its marketplace from scratch, at marketplace.oracle.com. Since November 2025 Oracle has also said that agents made from partner templates count as custom AI, which has its own subscription on Oracle's price list.
Who owns Oracle Fusion AI Agent Marketplace?
- It is run by Oracle Corporation, headquartered in Austin, Texas.
- Oracle is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ORCL.
- Larry Ellison is executive chairman and chief technology officer. Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia are both chief executive officer.
- Oracle reported revenue of $67.4 billion for its 2026 financial year, which ended on 31 May 2026.
- The marketplace was announced on 15 October 2025 at Oracle AI World in Las Vegas.
How popular is Oracle Fusion AI Agent Marketplace?
It is a young, specialist catalogue. Its audience is Oracle Fusion customers and the consultants who work with them.
- Similarweb's public page for marketplace.oracle.com showed 15.4K visits in its September 2026 report, under a "last 3 months" heading. That covers the whole Oracle Marketplace, not just AI agents. The UK sent 6.1% of that traffic.
- On 16 October 2026 there were 149 Fusion AI agent listings from 34 publishers.
- PwC had the most listings, with 26 agents, followed by GoSaaS with 20 and Cognizant with 13.
- Oracle said in October 2025 that more than 32,000 certified experts had been trained in AI Agent Studio.
How much does Oracle Fusion AI Agent Marketplace cost?
Partners give their templates away, but Oracle charges for running them, and you need Oracle Fusion first. Oracle publishes these prices in US dollars in its global price list, dated 8 October 2026.
| Plan or fee | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Partner agent templates | No partner fee | Oracle says partners charge nothing extra for agents built from their templates. |
| Oracle Fusion AI Agents Cloud Service | $150 per named user per month (about £113), minimum 50 users | Listed under custom AI apps and agents, which is how Oracle bills agents built from partner templates. |
| Oracle Fusion AI Agents Cloud Service, by headcount | $5 per employee per month (about £3.76), minimum 500 employees | The same service priced per employee. |
| Oracle Fusion AI Units | $1,000 per 100,000 pooled AI Units (about £752) | A pool of usage units for certain AI services during your contract. |
| Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Service | $625 per named user per month (about £470), minimum 10 users | The finance suite that many of the agents run on. |
Oracle takes no commission from partners here, because the agents themselves are not sold.
Hidden costs
- Oracle Fusion comes first. Oracle's standard term for its cloud subscriptions is three years, and the ERP service has a minimum of 10 users.
- Partner templates count as custom AI. Oracle bills them through its separate custom AI subscription, so a "free" template still costs money to run.
- AI Units can run out or go to waste. If you use up your pooled AI Units you must buy more or stop. Units left at the end of your contract are forfeited.
- Implementation help is extra. Oracle says you can hire partners directly for help setting agents up.
- Currency and VAT. The price list is in US dollars and does not say whether VAT is included.

These five agents were live on 16 October 2026 and suit everyday finance work that UK companies also face.

| Duplicate Invoice Detection Agent | Cognizant | Spots possible duplicate supplier invoices by comparing amounts, dates and references. | No partner fee, Oracle custom AI charges apply |

Selling your agent on Oracle Fusion AI Agent Marketplace
- Who can list: Certified members of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, such as systems integrators and software vendors.
- Approval: Oracle checks every template against a 21-point readiness checklist, the same one it uses for its own agents. The checks cover security, functionality, performance, human oversight, feedback and deployment.
- Commission: None published. Partners do not charge for templates, and Oracle bills customers for running them.
- Payouts: There are no template sales, so there are no payouts. Customers can hire partners directly for implementation help.
What other people rate it
There are no third-party ratings for the marketplace itself.
- Oracle AI Agent Studio on Gartner Peer Insights had no reviews when checked on 16 October 2026.
- Oracle on Trustpilot: TrustScore 1.3/5 from 180 reviews, checked 16 October 2026. This covers the company as a whole.
What's good
- Oracle publishes a full price list, including AI agent prices, which most enterprise vendors do not.
- Every partner template passes the same 21-point checklist as Oracle's own agents.
- Oracle's own support team covers agents built from partner templates.
- Agents follow your existing Oracle security roles, so staff only see data they could already see.
- Templates can be changed, including prompts, tools, the AI model and human approval steps.
What's not so good
- It is useless without Oracle Fusion, which needs a three-year contract and minimum user numbers.
- "No partner fee" is misleading on its own, because Oracle charges for running agents built from partner templates.
- All prices are in US dollars.
- There are no customer reviews or ratings on the listings.
Who is it for?
It suits finance, HR and supply chain teams in organisations that already use Oracle Fusion and want ready-made agents rather than building their own.
UK small businesses should skip it. Oracle Fusion is priced and contracted for larger organisations.
Using it in the UK
- Availability: UK companies on Oracle Fusion can use the marketplace through AI Agent Studio. Three listed publishers are based in the UK: Boxfusion Consulting and Cementors in London, and Eappsys in Brentford.
- Currency and VAT: Oracle's global price list is in US dollars and says nothing about VAT.
- Data location: Oracle runs a UK Government Cloud for UK public bodies and their suppliers, staffed by UK nationals with security clearance. Other options include running Fusion in your own data centre, and an EU Restricted Access service that keeps data in EU data centres.
- Agents and AI models: AI Agent Studio supports models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Google, Meta and xAI. Check where your chosen model processes data before you switch one on.

A well-checked, well-supported catalogue with unusually open pricing. It only makes sense if you already run Oracle Fusion, which rules out most UK small businesses.
