The ServiceNow AI Agent Marketplace is the AI section of the ServiceNow Store. Companies that already run ServiceNow use it to add ready-made agents from ServiceNow and its partners. On 16 October 2026 it listed 104 partner-built agents, and about half were free. The catch is that you need a ServiceNow subscription first, and paid agents show no prices. It is well vetted but built for large organisations, not small firms. Our rating: ★★½☆☆ 2.5/5.

What is ServiceNow AI Agent Marketplace?
The ServiceNow Store is where ServiceNow customers find apps, integrations and AI agents that run inside their own ServiceNow instance. In 2025 ServiceNow rebuilt it around AI and added an "AI Agent Marketplace" page. The Store homepage now talks of hundreds of certified agents and applications.
There are two kinds of agent. A "ServiceNow Otto" group holds ServiceNow's own AI products, with 446 listings when we checked. An "AI Agents (3rd party)" group holds 104 agents from partners, from TeamViewer and SailPoint to consultancies such as Work4Flow and InMorphis. Most of them help with IT service management, HR cases and running the ServiceNow platform itself.
Two things changed in 2026. In January ServiceNow relaunched its partner programme to bring more independent developers into the Store. In May it launched Otto, a single AI assistant that brings together Now Assist, Moveworks and its other AI tools.
Who owns ServiceNow AI Agent Marketplace?
- It is run by ServiceNow, Inc., which is headquartered in Santa Clara, California.
- ServiceNow is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker NOW.
- Bill McDermott is chairman and CEO.
- ServiceNow reported total revenue of $3,987 million for the second quarter of 2026, up 24% on a year earlier.
- The first partner-built AI agents went into the Store in February 2025, from ten partners.
How popular is ServiceNow AI Agent Marketplace?
The Store is a specialist site. It matters to ServiceNow customers and few others.
- Similarweb's public page for store.servicenow.com showed 91.1K visits in its July 2026 report, under a "last 3 months" heading. The UK sent 4.47% of that traffic.
- On 16 October 2026 the Store had 4,796 listings, including 104 partner-built AI agents and 446 ServiceNow AI products.
- ServiceNow said in January 2026 that it has more than 2,700 partners worldwide.
- 658 customers each paid ServiceNow more than $5 million a year, according to its Q2 2026 results.
How much does ServiceNow AI Agent Marketplace cost?
The Store is free to browse, but nothing in it works without a ServiceNow subscription, and ServiceNow does not publish its prices.
| Plan or fee | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free partner agents | Free download | 54 of the 104 partner-built agents. You still need the ServiceNow licences they rely on. |
| Paid partner agents | No price shown | 50 of the 104 partner-built agents. Listings say "Paid" and offer a "Contact seller" form. |
| ServiceNow subscription | Quote only | The platform and products the agents run on, sold per user or per unit. |
| Example reseller price: ITSM Standard | $100 per fulfiller per month (about £75) | Indicative price from Fujitsu's UK G-Cloud 15 price list. |
| Example reseller price: ITSM Pro Plus add-on | $225 per fulfiller per month (about £169) | Indicative price for the add-on that brings AI agents to IT service management, from the same list. |
ServiceNow runs a revenue share with partners who sell here, but it does not publish the percentage.
Hidden costs
- A ServiceNow subscription comes first. Fujitsu's G-Cloud list quotes licences in US dollars per fulfiller user per month. It does not say whether those licence prices include VAT.
- AI agents use up "Assists". Every listing says partner agents with AI features draw down the Assists in your ServiceNow account. Partners must give you an estimate of how many they use.
- Custom tables. Free partner apps need custom table entitlement, either bundled with your ServiceNow products or through an App Engine subscription.
- Some agents need another product. The TeamViewer agent needs the TeamViewer Enterprise Integration installed first.
- Setup help is extra. Fujitsu's G-Cloud day rates for ServiceNow work run from £610 to £2,860 a day, excluding VAT.

Selling your agent on ServiceNow AI Agent Marketplace
- Who can list: Technology partners and independent software vendors in ServiceNow's Build Partner Program. A new Access tier, added in January 2026, lets newcomers start building before they fully enrol.
- Approval: ServiceNow says every app in the Store is security-certified.
- Fees: All partners pay a single annual membership fee. ServiceNow does not publish the amount.
- Revenue share: ServiceNow describes a revenue share model but gives no percentage.
- Payouts: ServiceNow does not publicly explain how or when partners are paid.
What other people rate it
There are no third-party ratings for the Store itself. These are the closest:
- ServiceNow AI Agents on G2: 4.3/5 from 491 reviews, checked 16 October 2026. This rates ServiceNow's own AI agents, not the marketplace.
- ServiceNow on Trustpilot: TrustScore 1.7/5 from 21 reviews, checked 16 October 2026. This covers the company as a whole.
- Inside the Store, only 3 of the 104 partner-built agents had any customer reviews on 16 October 2026.
What's good
- Every app in the Store is security-certified by ServiceNow, according to the company.
- Listings show resource permissions, dependencies, compatible releases and release notes before you install.
- Partners must tell you roughly how many Assists their agent will use.
- Over half of the partner-built agents (54 of 104) are free to download.
- Partner agents are built on the ServiceNow platform and run inside your own instance.
What's not so good
- You need a ServiceNow subscription, which is priced by quote and aimed at big organisations.
- Paid agents show no price at all. You have to contact the seller.
- Almost no agents have customer reviews, so it is hard to judge quality.
- The catalogue is narrow. Most agents help run ServiceNow itself rather than everyday business tasks.
Who is it for?
It is for IT, HR and service teams in organisations that already pay for ServiceNow and want to add AI without building it themselves.
Most UK small businesses should skip it. Without a ServiceNow subscription there is nothing here you can use.
Using it in the UK
- Availability: The Store is open to ServiceNow customers in the UK. You sign in with a Now Support account, and installing needs the admin role on your instance.
- Currency and VAT: The Store shows no prices in pounds. Fujitsu's UK G-Cloud list quotes ServiceNow licences in US dollars.
- Data location: ServiceNow announced UK data centres in London and Newport in 2020, aimed at customers who want their instance hosted in the UK.
- GDPR: ServiceNow has a GDPR statement and a data processing addendum that sets out its role as processor. The statement covers the EU GDPR and does not mention the UK GDPR by name.
