Floqer is a no-code tool where AI agents build lead lists, spot buying signals and fill in missing company and contact details, then push the results into your CRM. It suits small teams that sell to other businesses. It starts free with 100 credits, and paid plans begin at $49 a month (about £37). It was #1 Product of the Day and #1 Product of the Week on Product Hunt in November 2025. My verdict: good value for B2B prospecting, but handle the personal data with care. ★★★½☆ 3.5/5.

What is Floqer?
Floqer helps a sales team answer two questions: who should we contact, and what do we know about them? You bring in a list of companies or people from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, an upload or your CRM. A workflow then cleans it, checks each record against your ideal customer and fills in gaps such as headcount, funding, email address or phone number.

The clever part is the waterfall. Floqer asks data providers one after another and only charges for the one that finds the answer. When the databases come up empty, AI web agents research the gap and attach their sources. It also watches for buying signals such as funding rounds, hiring, job changes and website visits, and can update records or alert your team in Slack. Reps can run packaged workflows, called Shortcuts, from a Chrome extension while they browse LinkedIn.
That is what makes it an agent rather than a chatbot. It does the research itself across many sources and writes the results back into your systems without you copying anything. Since launch, Floqer has shifted from calling itself a workflow builder to a platform that keeps CRM records current, and it raised $2 million in July 2026. My list of 25 AI agent examples shows where sales agents fit.

How it did on Product Hunt
Floqer was #1 Product of the Day on 4 November 2025, took #1 Product of the Week and finished #8 on the November 2025 monthly leaderboard.
| Launch | Date | Daily rank | Other awards | Upvotes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Floqer | 4 November 2025 | #1 Product of the Day | #1 Product of the Week; #8 on the November 2025 monthly leaderboard; no Golden Kitty | 680 |
Upvotes as shown on Product Hunt's launches page on 17 October 2026.
Winning both the day and the week is a strong result for a sales-data tool. A launch-day vote snapshot from AIToolly shows it ahead of Uneed Community and Jinna.ai. Product Hunt is full of founders and growth marketers, which is exactly who Floqer sells to, so this result means more than it would for a consumer app.
What Product Hunt users said
- There are only two reviews, both 5.0 out of 5 (2 reviews), and the page has 1,400 followers.
- A user of about a year who switched from Clay praised the support team as quick, open to feedback and easy to reach, and liked the flexibility. They had no complaints.
- The second reviewer said they used Floqer to build their own product, without further detail.
- Nobody raised pricing, credits or data accuracy, but with two reviews that tells you very little either way.
How much does Floqer cost?
Floqer starts free and then charges in credits, which you spend only when an action looks up new information.

Annual billing takes 10% off. Credits roll over, and moving, formatting, exporting and cached results cost nothing. You can also plug in your own Apollo, Hunter or Prospeo keys. VAT is not mentioned on the pricing page or in the terms. My guide to what AI agents cost in the UK compares this with other tools.
What I like
- You pay for new information only. The waterfall charges just the provider that found the answer, and results someone already enriched on Floqer come free from its cache.
- Every self-serve plan has unlimited seats and the same features, so a small team only pays more for more credits.
- The docs are practical. They explain credits plainly, offer video courses, and tell you to test a workflow on 3-5 rows before running it on thousands.
- The Salesforce connection uses the connecting user's own permissions, so you can limit what Floqer sees and run it read-only.
- It ships often. Five releases between 10 September and 5 October 2026 added auto top-ups, Google Ads audiences and an out-of-office check, among other things.
- Floqer says it does not train AI models on customer data, and it holds SOC 2 Type II.
What I'd want fixed
- Credit costs vary by data provider, and per-action cost pages are still being added to the docs. Working out what 1,000 leads will cost takes testing.
- The terms of service were last updated on 1 January 2024 and read like generic website terms, with liability capped at $100.
- The shared cache sits awkwardly with the promise that customer data is never part of a Floqer-owned dataset. I would ask how the cache works before uploading a client list.
- Two Product Hunt reviews is too few to judge reliability or data quality.
- UK details are thin: prices in dollars, no VAT information and no UK data location.
Who should use it?
Floqer suits a small B2B business with someone who owns sales or marketing operations, such as a recruitment firm, an agency or a software start-up. If you sell to consumers, or you only need a handful of leads a month, skip it. If you want a bigger ecosystem and do not mind paying more, Clay is the obvious comparison.
Is it safe to use? Privacy and permissions
- Access: It connects to your CRM over OAuth, limited to what the connecting user can see. The Google Ads connection hashes contact details before sending them to Google. You can delete lists and workflows yourself, and full deletion on request is completed within 30 days.
- Whose data: Floqer processes personal data about people who are not its users, such as names, business contact details, job titles and employment history of people at companies you research. Its privacy policy says it does this on your behalf and at your direction, so under UK GDPR you need a lawful reason for each person you enrich. My guide to AI agents and UK GDPR explains what that means in practice.
- Storage and training: Floqer is based in Canada and may process data in the US and other countries. It says it does not use customer data to train AI models, and it holds SOC 2 Type II.
- UK rights: The privacy policy, updated 10 September 2026, names UK users' rights to access, delete and move their data and to complain to a regulator, and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers.
Using it in the UK
- Availability: It is a web app with a Chrome extension, and I found no country restrictions.
- Currency and VAT: Priced in US dollars. VAT is not mentioned in the pages I read.
- Data location: Canada, the US and other countries, with Standard Contractual Clauses for UK transfers. No UK hosting option is mentioned.
Other launches from the same team
- None. Floqer's Product Hunt page lists only this launch, and I found no other launches from the same team.
Alternatives to Floqer
- Clay - pick it if you want the best-known tool in this space and a 14-day trial of the paid features. It has a free plan, and its Launch plan is $167 a month (about £126).
- Ami AI - pick it if you want an agent that runs outbound campaigns for you, rather than a tool for building the data behind them.
- n8n - pick it if you want general workflow automation beyond sales. You can self-host the free Community Edition, and the hosted Starter plan is €20 a month billed annually (about £17).
My verdict
| Area | Score |
|---|---|
| Usefulness | 4/5 |
| Getting started | 3/5 |
| Value for money | 4/5 |
| Trust and privacy | 3/5 |
| UK fit | 3/5 |
| Overall | ★★★½☆ 3.5/5 |
If I ran a small B2B sales team, I would spend the 100 free credits testing Floqer on a short list of target accounts. I would want a clear answer on the shared cache and my own lawful basis sorted before running it on a full UK prospect list.
Frequently asked questions
Is Floqer free?
You get 100 free credits with no card needed. After that, the smallest paid plan is $49 a month (about £37) for 2,000 credits. Credits roll over, and formatting or exporting data costs nothing.
Is Floqer GDPR compliant?
Floqer says it is GDPR compliant and holds SOC 2 Type II. Its privacy policy covers UK users' rights and uses Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers. But Floqer processes data about your prospects on your instruction, so you are still responsible for having a lawful reason to use each person's details.
Floqer vs Clay
Both build lead lists and fill in missing data from many providers. Floqer's own comparison says it covers about 90% of Clay's sources, reuses cached results instead of charging again, and has no row caps or feature gates. Clay is the bigger name, with a free plan and a Launch plan at $167 a month (about £126). Pick Floqer for lower cost and simpler credits, and Clay if you want its larger ecosystem.
