Happycapy review: an AI agent computer that runs in the cloud (2026)
Happycapy runs AI agents in a cloud computer that keeps working while your laptop is off. Free plan, UK prices, Product Hunt results, privacy and my verdict.
The best new AI agents on Product Hunt this year are Cursor and Kilo Code for coding, Upstream for Gmail and StoreClaw for online shops. OpenHuman is the pick for a free personal assistant.
I reviewed the 20 AI agents that did best on Product Hunt between October 2025 and September 2026, with UK prices, a privacy check and a rating for each. The reviews are based on each product's demo, documentation, pricing, privacy terms and Product Hunt reviews; I have not used the products myself. Ten scored 3.5 out of 5 and none scored higher.
The one thing to know first: a Product Hunt #1 measures attention on launch day, not quality. The most upvoted launch in the set, Fundraisly, scored 2.5 out of 5. Most of these agents want access to your email, calendar or files, so try a new one with a spare account and read-only jobs first.

Common questions
What is the best new AI agent of 2026?
It depends on the job. Cursor and Kilo Code lead for coding, Upstream for Gmail, OpenHuman for a free personal assistant and StoreClaw for online shops. All scored 3.5 out of 5, the top rating in the set.
Are new AI agents from Product Hunt safe to use in the UK?
Some are, but check each one first. None of the 20 makers is based in the UK, and most need access to your email, calendar or files. Read the privacy policy for training on your data and UK GDPR, and give the agent the least access it needs.
Which new AI agents are free?
Sixteen of the 20 have a free plan, a free trial or free credits. OpenHuman and Surgeflow are free, and Dograh is free if you host it yourself. The cheapest paid plan in the set is Cursor, from about £6 a month (prices checked 17 October 2026).
