HubSpot Agent Marketplace review: ready-made AI agents for HubSpot CRM (2026)

HubSpot Agent Marketplace page, October 2026

HubSpot Agent Marketplace is the catalogue inside HubSpot where you add ready-made AI agents to your CRM, such as Customer Agent for support chats and Data Agent for filling in records. It is for small and mid-sized businesses that already use HubSpot. Agents are free to add but run on HubSpot Credits, and you need a paid plan, from £7 a seat a month on a Starter offer (ex VAT). The agents are well used, but there are only 12, all made by HubSpot. I rate it 3.5/5.

Key facts

  • What it is: HubSpot's catalogue of pre-built AI agents, found in Agent Hub and on the public HubSpot Marketplace, that you add to your HubSpot account and adjust to your business.
  • Made by: HubSpot, Inc., a US company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (HUBS). There is no parent company.
  • Launched: Announced in public beta as the Breeze Marketplace in September 2025. Part of Agent Hub since July 2026.
  • Size: 12 agents, all built by HubSpot (October 2026). The most installed, Data Agent, shows 135,000 installs.
  • Price: Free to add, but agents use HubSpot Credits. You need a paid plan: Starter is £7 a seat a month billed annually as a new-customer offer (£18 list price), ex VAT. Extra credits cost $10 per 1,000 (about £7.52).
  • Best for: Small businesses already using HubSpot for sales, marketing or customer service.
  • Available in the UK: Yes. HubSpot sells in pounds, adds VAT on top and offers an EU data centre, but not a UK one.
  • Seller commission: Not applicable. Only HubSpot's own agents are listed. Outside developers can add agent tools to apps on the wider HubSpot Marketplace.
  • Our rating: ★★★½☆ 3.5/5

What is HubSpot Agent Marketplace?

HubSpot is a CRM and marketing platform with 306,446 customers. Its Agent Marketplace is a catalogue of ready-made AI agents that work on your HubSpot data. In your account you find it under More, then Agents, then Agent Marketplace. The same agents appear under the Agents tab of the public HubSpot Marketplace.

Each listing shows who built the agent, what it does, its default tools and how many HubSpot Credits it uses. You click Add, then change the agent's instructions and context to fit your business. Agent Hub, the wider workspace around it, also lets Professional and Enterprise customers build their own agents and agentic workflows. Those custom agents cannot be listed in the marketplace.

In October 2026 this is where a UK small business on HubSpot actually finds and installs agents. It started as the Breeze Marketplace in 2025. In July 2026 HubSpot moved agents into Agent Hub, which is in public beta, and the Breeze Marketplace became the Agent Marketplace. The Breeze name lives on in Breeze Assistant. Agent.ai, the separate agent site linked to HubSpot co-founder Dharmesh Shah, was reported to have closed in August 2026.

Who owns HubSpot Agent Marketplace?

  • It is run by HubSpot, Inc. There is no parent company. The shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange as HUBS.
  • Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah founded HubSpot in Boston in 2006. Yamini Rangan is CEO and Halligan is executive chairperson.
  • The global headquarters is in Boston. The European headquarters is in Dublin, and HubSpot also has a UK office.
  • HubSpot announced the Breeze Marketplace in public beta at its INBOUND event in September 2025. In July 2026 agents moved into Agent Hub, and the marketplace is now called the Agent Marketplace.
  • HubSpot reported revenue of $911.7 million (about £685 million) for April to June 2026, and 306,446 customers at 30 June 2026.
  • Agent.ai: Dharmesh Shah's separate agent platform, agent.ai, was being folded into HubSpot Agent Builder and Agent Hub, according to StartupHub.ai on 28 July 2026. It reported that the site would close on 22 August 2026. On 16 October 2026, every agent.ai address I tried redirected to builderpack.com, a HubSpot Labs add-on for HubSpot agents. I could not find an official notice from HubSpot or Agent.ai.

It is small in number of agents but its main agents have large install counts.

  • Website visits: About 92,100 visits to ecosystem.hubspot.com in the three months to September 2026 (Similarweb). This covers the whole HubSpot Marketplace, including apps and templates, and not the in-app Agent Marketplace.
  • Listings: 12 agents, all built by HubSpot (October 2026). Seven of them showed fewer than 10 installs.
  • Most installed: Data Agent showed 135,000 installs, Customer Agent 65,000 and Prospecting Agent 45,000 on their listing pages (October 2026).
  • HubSpot customers: 306,446 at 30 June 2026.

How much does HubSpot Agent Marketplace cost?

Adding an agent is free, but you need a paid HubSpot plan and each agent uses HubSpot Credits. HubSpot's own pricing pages load prices in the browser only, so the UK plan prices below come from HubSpot partner Whitehat SEO's guide, which checked them between July and October 2026. They exclude VAT. Since October 2026, new customers buy one edition per seat: Professional is £81 and Enterprise £155 a seat a month billed annually, with 10,000 and 15,000 credits a month. The Professional and Enterprise rows below are for existing customers on the older hub-based plans.

Plan or feePriceWhat you get
Free CRM£0Free seat users cannot use HubSpot Credits, so agents will not run
Starter£7 a seat a month billed annually, or £9 monthly, as a new-customer offer; £18 list price from year two500 credits a month on hub-based plans, or 5,000 on the new per-seat edition; access to the Agent Marketplace
ProfessionalCustomer Platform £1,139 a month billed annually; Sales or Service Hub £77 a seat a month3,000-5,000 credits a month; Agent Hub, custom agents and agentic workflows
EnterpriseCustomer Platform £4,090 a month, billed annually5,000-10,000 credits a month
Extra credits$10 per 1,000 credits a month (about £7.52); Whitehat SEO gives £8.10 in the UK on annual billingA capacity pack added to your monthly allowance
Overage$0.010 a credit (about 0.75p)Pay-as-you-go use beyond your monthly credits

HubSpot does not take a commission because only its own agents are listed.

Hidden costs

  • A paid plan comes first. Free users cannot run agents, some HubSpot agents need Professional or Enterprise, and building your own agents needs Professional or Enterprise.
  • Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Customer Agent uses 50 credits for each resolved conversation, which is about 38p at the add-on rate.
  • Overage by default. If you first buy extra credits on or after 16 September 2026, HubSpot charges pay as you go beyond your limit. By default, features pause once you reach 50% above your monthly credits.
  • Onboarding fees. SpotDev, another HubSpot partner, says Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise carry a required one-off onboarding fee. It does not give the amount.
  • VAT. UK prices exclude VAT, so expect 20% on top.

Best agents to try on HubSpot Agent Marketplace

These are the most-installed agents and the ones most useful to a small business on HubSpot.

Selling your agent on HubSpot Agent Marketplace

Third parties cannot list agents. The Agent Marketplace only carries HubSpot's pre-built agents.

Developers can instead add "agent tools", which HubSpot agents can call, to an app on the wider HubSpot Marketplace. Apps need at least three active installs from unrelated accounts and a manual review, with first feedback within 10 business days. Agent tools need a separate approval, including a test video of at least three minutes, and must not support uses the EU AI Act treats as high or unacceptable risk. The pages I read do not mention a listing fee or revenue share. Your listing price must match the price on your own website.

What other people rate it

Agent listings show no ratings. These cover HubSpot more widely.

What's good

  • Every agent is built by HubSpot and works directly on your CRM data, with no extra integration.
  • Most listings show the credit cost per use before you add the agent.
  • The main agents are widely used: Data Agent shows 135,000 installs.
  • Admin controls are strong. A Super Admin must switch on AI data access, and you can set spend limits and a monthly credit cap per agent.
  • HubSpot says its third-party AI providers do not train on customer data, and you can opt out of HubSpot using your data to improve its models.
  • UK prices are in pounds.

What's not so good

  • Only 12 agents, all from HubSpot, and seven showed fewer than 10 installs.
  • HubSpot withdrew five agents on 23 July 2026, so the line-up is still changing.
  • You must pay for HubSpot first, and credit costs are hard to forecast across plans, packs and overage.
  • There is no UK data centre, and HubSpot's AI trust page does not mention UK GDPR.

Who is it for?

It suits UK small businesses that already run sales, marketing or customer service in HubSpot. Customer Agent and Data Agent are the obvious places to start.

Skip it if you do not use HubSpot, if you are on the free CRM and do not want to pay, or if you want a wide choice of third-party agents.

Using it in the UK

HubSpot has a UK office. According to HubSpot partners SpotDev and Whitehat SEO, it prices in pounds for UK customers and its prices exclude VAT, so 20% is added.

HubSpot has data centres in the US, the EU, Canada and Australia, but not the UK. New paid customers are placed by the location of their IP address, and free-only accounts are stored in the US. Existing paid customers can move their data to another centre for free.

To use agents, a Super Admin must turn on AI access to CRM data, conversations and files. HubSpot's AI trust page says its AI providers do not train on customer data. It does not say where AI processing happens or mention UK GDPR.

Interesting facts about HubSpot Agent Marketplace

  • Agent.ai appears to have closed in 2026. StartupHub.ai reported on 28 July 2026 that Dharmesh Shah's agent.ai would close on 22 August 2026 and fold into HubSpot Agent Builder and Agent Hub. On 16 October 2026 agent.ai redirected to builderpack.com, a HubSpot Labs add-on. I could not find an official notice from HubSpot or Agent.ai.
  • The HubSpot Marketplace still listed the AgentAI app, credited to HubSpot with 2,000 installs and no shutdown notice, on 16 October 2026.
  • At INBOUND 2025 HubSpot announced 18 new beta agents, joining 15 already available. A year later the marketplace lists 12.
  • Five agents, including the Social Post and RFP agents, stopped accepting new installs on 23 July 2026.

A sensible, well-governed set of agents if you already use HubSpot, with prices in pounds. The catalogue is small, all HubSpot's own, and the credit costs take some working out.

Frequently asked questions

Is HubSpot's Agent Marketplace free?

Adding an agent is free, but agents run on HubSpot Credits. Free CRM users cannot use credits, so you need at least a Starter plan. Starter includes 500 credits a month on older hub-based plans, or 5,000 on the new per-seat edition.

What happened to Agent.ai?

StartupHub.ai reported that agent.ai would close on 22 August 2026 and fold into HubSpot Agent Builder and Agent Hub. The site now redirects to a HubSpot Labs add-on called BuilderPack. I could not find an official notice.

Can I sell my own agent on HubSpot?

No. The Agent Marketplace only lists HubSpot's own agents, and custom agents cannot be listed. Developers can add agent tools to apps on the wider HubSpot Marketplace after a review.
