Relevance AI Marketplace is a library of ready-made AI agents and tools that you clone into your own Relevance AI workspace. It is aimed at sales, marketing and operations teams in small and mid-sized businesses. Most listings are free, but you need a paid plan to run them, from $19 a month billed annually (about £14). The sales agents are strong and your data can stay in London. Pricing is hard to follow and in dollars only. I rate it 3/5.

What is Relevance AI Marketplace?
Relevance AI makes a no-code platform for building AI agents. Its marketplace is where you find ready-made agents, single-purpose tools and "workforces", which are teams of agents that hand work to each other. You clone a listing into your own project. After that you can change its prompts, tools and settings.
The marketplace says it has more than 1,000 agents. Listings come from Relevance AI's own team and from verified community builders, of which there were 85 when I checked. The categories lean towards sales, marketing, content, customer support, HR and research. Many listings connect to HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, LinkedIn or Slack.
It is not a standalone app store. It is a front door to the Relevance AI builder. Each listing shows a star rating, how many times it has been cloned and which integrations it uses, which helps you judge it before you commit.
Who owns Relevance AI Marketplace?
- It is run by Relevance AI, whose legal name is OnSearch Pty Ltd. There is no parent company.
- The co-founders are Daniel Vassilev, who is co-CEO, Jacky Koh and Daniel Palmer.
- The team works across Sydney and San Francisco, where it opened an office in 2025.
- The company was founded in 2020. I could not find a launch date for the marketplace itself.
- It is privately held. In May 2025 it raised a $24 million Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with King River Capital, Insight Partners and Peak XV also investing.
How popular is Relevance AI Marketplace?
It is a mid-sized store, much smaller than the big cloud marketplaces.
- Website visits: About 227,300 visits in the three months to September 2026, down 18% on the month before (Similarweb). This covers the whole relevanceai.com domain, not just the marketplace. The UK sent about 4% of visits.
- Listings: More than 1,000 agents, tools and workforces from 85 builders (October 2026).
- Most cloned: The Viola image-to-video agent showed 2,011 clones and Sales Researcher 1,842 (October 2026).
- Platform use: Relevance AI said about 40,000 agents were created on its platform in January 2025 alone.
How much does Relevance AI Marketplace cost?
Browsing is free and most listings cost nothing to clone, but you pay for the Relevance AI plan that runs them.
| Plan or fee | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | Retired | The docs say the free plan is closed to new and existing accounts |
| Pro | $19 a month billed annually, or $29 billed monthly (about £14-£22) | 2,500 actions a month, $20 of vendor credits a month, 2 build users, 1 project |
| Team | $234 a month billed annually, or $349 billed monthly (about £176-£262) | 7,000 actions a month, $70 of vendor credits a month, 5 build users, 45 end users, 5 shared projects |
| Enterprise | Custom, through sales | Unlimited users, projects and agents, SSO, audit logs, a dedicated account manager |
| Extra actions | $80 per 1,000 (about £60) | Top-up on any paid plan, carries over to the next billing cycle |
| Extra vendor credits | $20 per 10,000 (about £15) | Top-up for AI model and tool costs, rolls over while you stay subscribed |
| Paid listings | Set by the builder, up to $1,000 (about £752) | Access in the project you bought it in, refundable within 7 days |
Relevance AI takes no commission on paid listings. Sellers lose only Stripe's processing fee, which the docs put at about 2.9% plus $0.30 a sale.
Hidden costs
- A paid plan comes first. With the free plan retired, even free listings need Pro or Team to run.
- Actions get used up. Every tool run counts as one action, failed runs included. Plan actions reset at renewal, and top-ups cost $80 per 1,000 (about £60).
- AI model costs. Model and tool usage comes out of vendor credits at cost. You can bring your own API keys instead and pay those providers directly.
- Third-party keys. Some listings need outside accounts. Simple Content Repurposer, for example, needs a Supadata key for YouTube and a paid spoken.md key for podcasts.
- Currency and payment. Prices are in US dollars, the docs do not mention VAT, and only credit cards are accepted, not debit cards.
Best agents to try on Relevance AI Marketplace
These listings are popular, well rated and useful for a small sales or marketing team.
| Agent | Made by | What it does | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales Researcher | Relevance AI | Writes a B2B sales brief on a prospect company and contact before a call | Free to clone |
| WhatsApp AI Agent | Relevance AI | Replies to WhatsApp messages and helps you organise and schedule chats | Free to clone |
| LinkedIn Outreach & Follow up | Michael Shaimerden | Researches prospects, drafts connection requests and messages, and tracks replies | Free to clone |
| Perfect 5 Leads | Michael Shaimerden | Finds five prospects that match your ideal buyer and suggests talking points | Free to clone |
| Simple Content Repurposer | Alex Waite | Turns a YouTube video, podcast, blog post or text into LinkedIn or X posts | Free to clone, needs a Supadata key |
Running any of them uses your plan's actions and vendor credits.
Selling your agent on Relevance AI Marketplace
- Who can list: Only verified Relevance Builders. The docs say new builder applications are not being accepted at the moment.
- Approval: Agents are approved before they appear publicly. The review criteria are not published.
- Pricing and commission: You set your own price, up to $1,000 (about £752) a listing. Relevance AI takes no commission.
- Payouts: Sales go through your own Stripe account, minus Stripe's fee. Money usually reaches your bank in 2-7 business days. A buyer refund within 7 days comes out of your Stripe balance.
What other people rate it
These ratings cover the whole Relevance AI platform, not the marketplace on its own.
- G2: 4.3/5 from 20 reviews, checked 16 October 2026.
- Capterra: 4.0/5 from 1 review, checked 16 October 2026.
- Trustpilot: 3.1/5 from 2 reviews, checked 16 October 2026.
What's good
- Most listings are free to clone, and you can edit everything once cloned.
- Each listing shows its rating, clone count and the integrations it needs.
- A good range of sales and prospecting agents, covering LinkedIn, CRMs, email and WhatsApp.
- You can pick a London data region when you sign up.
- The security docs claim SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance, and say your data is not used to train models.
- Paid listings come with a 7-day refund, and sellers pay no commission.
What's not so good
- There is no free plan any more, so you need at least Pro to run anything.
- The public pricing page shows only Enterprise. Pro and Team prices are in the documentation.
- Actions plus vendor credits make monthly costs hard to predict, and failed runs still count.
- Prices are in US dollars only, VAT is not mentioned and debit cards are not accepted.
- Many listings have only a handful of ratings, and some need extra paid API keys.
Who is it for?
It suits small sales and marketing teams, and agencies, who want ready-made prospecting, research and outreach agents they can adapt. It works best if you already use HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail or LinkedIn heavily.
Skip it if you want a simple chat assistant, a fixed monthly cost, or a place to sell your own agents, as the builder programme is closed to newcomers.
Using it in the UK
Relevance AI is open to UK businesses through its website. I found no UK-specific restrictions.
Prices are shown in US dollars and the documentation does not say whether VAT is added. Tax details are changed through support. Only credit cards are accepted.
You choose a data region at sign-up: US (North Virginia), EU (London) or Australia (Sydney). Agent conversations, knowledge files and uploads stay in that region. You cannot change it later without contacting support, so pick London at the start if UK GDPR matters to you.
The security docs say Relevance AI is SOC 2 Type II compliant, processes data under GDPR and encrypts data in transit and at rest.
Interesting facts about Relevance AI Marketplace
- Relevance AI trades under that name, but the company behind it is legally called OnSearch Pty Ltd.
- Relevance AI takes no commission at all on paid listings. Builders keep everything except Stripe's fee.
- One community builder, Michael Shaimerden, had 75 templates listed, close to Relevance AI's own 93.
- Paid listings are capped at $1,000 each (about £752).
Alternatives to Relevance AI Marketplace
- HubSpot Agent Marketplace - pick it if you already run sales and marketing in HubSpot and want agents built into your CRM.
- Dify Marketplace - pick it if you want an open-source builder you can host yourself.
- Apify Store - pick it if your main need is scraping websites and lead data on a pay-per-use basis.

A useful shelf of sales and marketing agents with sensible security and a London data region. The retired free plan and a confusing dollar-only pricing model hold it back.

Does Relevance AI store data in the UK?
It can. When you sign up you can choose the EU region, which is hosted in London. The choice cannot be changed later without contacting support.
Can I sell my agents on the Relevance AI marketplace?
Only if you are a verified Relevance Builder, and the docs say new applications are closed. Builders set their own price, up to $1,000, and Relevance AI takes no commission.
